College for Clients Series: e-Discovery

The Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) outlines a standard workflow for the discovery, preservation, and review of digital data. There are many nuances in each process of the work flow that can lead to problems and, in some cases, sanctions and adverse inferences. Please join our industry experts for an insightful overview of the EDRM workflow and a lively panel discussion focused on the various phases of the electronic discovery workflow and what they mean in practice.

These seminars are part of a series of programs designed to help Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's clients address and manage some of the fundamental legal issues facing them today. Throughout the year, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati will host multiple programs on practical legal topics pertinent to our venture-backed and small to mid-size public clients. Each session will include effective information and guidance on fundamental legal practices in such fields as Employee Equity, IP Protection & Commercialization and Employment Law.
