Maurice Marchand-Tonel

began his career with the Boston Consulting Group (a 15-professionals start-up) in Boston then co-founded the French and German offices . He was then the CEO of five companies which he turned around and grew : Olivier , Sommer, Givenchy , Ciments Français International , Novalliance , all of them active in Europe , the US and the Far East.

He currently sits on the Boards of two listed corporations :Essilor International (a CAC 40 company) and Faiveley , as well as private companies . He is an Advisory Director to Investcorp Private Equity and a Senior Advisor to highly successful BearingPoint Europe. He is also president of the EACC Paris.

Maurice holds an MBA from Harvard Business School , an MS from Ecole des Hautes Commerciales (Paris) and a BA from the Sorbonne . Born into a French-American family , he has worked in five languages : English , French , German , Spanish and Italian . He lives in Paris and Florida.
