Our Mission
The mission of the New York chapter of the European American Chamber of Commerce is to provide its members with timely and relevant information, resources and support on matters affecting business between Europe and the U.S.
The goal of EACC’s New York Chapter is to stimulate business development, and to facilitate networking and relationships between European and American businesses and professional organizations.
Who We Are
The EACC-NY is a private and independent 501(c) 6 Non-Profit organization with affiliates in Paris France and Cincinnati, OH, and a combined membership of over 600 members in Europe and the US. We look back on a long tradition that started 1926 with the formation of the Paris branch, initially as the French-American Chamber of Commerce and renamed to the European-American Chamber of Commerce in 2003. The Cincinnati chapter was formed in 2007 as the first of its kind in the US Market with the New York chapter following suit in 2008. Since then the EACC has built a dynamic network that reaches over 10,000 executives in the US and across Europe.
EACC NY hosts a variety of educational seminars, conferences and roundtables to educate its members and the wider New York business community on matters relevant to doing business on both sides of the Atlantic.
EACC NY’s audience is comprised of major companies in the financial services, legal, media, real estate, professional services/consulting industry, luxury retail, tourism and other business sectors represented in the Tri-State area.
Our Unique Model
The EACC-NY has developed a unique strategy, where the EACC-NY is an infrastructure that supports focused committees, hosted by our members. These committees group members with similar interests and are to organize various events that can range from think tanks to conferences. These committees allow the EACC-NY members to be involved and active in the organization and the EACC-NY to adapt to the needs of its members.
